GRAFTD develops tools that fit into your current workflow. Much as our name infers, we look to add new growth to existing systems. This ensures internal adoption is easy, effective, and delivers faster, more accurate results without disrupting your team's rhythm.
Our pricing model is built around the value of time saved. Increased productivity allows firms to scale their output, take on more work, and grow their teams without compromising on quality or culture.
Pricing Formula: Flat fee based on 10% of time saved calculated over a 3-year period
Time Saved Calculation: GRAFTD prices its custom tools based on conservative assumptions of time saved per firm over a three-year period.
Billing Structure: A lump sum fee is invoiced at tool delivery based on the agreed tool cost.
Ownership Clause: At tool delivery conditional ownership of the tool transfers to the client. GRAFTD will be responsible for the maintenance and periodic updates of the tool throughout a three-year period. GRAFTD will update tools once a year for the three-year duration to incorporate any new standards being adopted by the firm. Once the three-year period ends, the owner can choose to pay GRAFTD to maintain their tools.
GRAFTD retains the right to modify or re-use the tool to meet other clients' needs.
